Due to an internal promotion an opportunity exists for an experienced receptionist to join their head office and be the first point of contact for business enquiries.
This busy role will see the successful candidate responsible for meeting and greeting clients, directing phone calls, formatting documents, coordinating meeting rooms, and liaising with various departments within the business. You will also be required to assist with ad hoc administration tasks.
With previous experience managing a busy reception desk you must be able to show initiative and manage several tasks at once. You will have excellent presentation and communication skills and a determination to do well and commit to the business. An intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel is required.
