RECEPTION / FRONT OFFICE CLERK - HOTEL

Our client seeks a competent, experienced and efficient Receptionist to join the team in their busy CBD Hotel property.

If you have strong skills and have worked in a hotel environment comprising 100+ rooms you will be favourably considered. This role is full time (38 hours per week) and has a rotating shift roster spread over up to five days/afternoons/evenings per week.

Prior experience as a receptionist within a residential hotel is essential!

You will also need:-
 

  • A good track record with references
  • Demonstrable prior experience in similar roles
  • A professional approach and a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent people/communication skills and the ability to think/act quickly
  • A genuine enjoyment of the work you do
  • Competency with hotel reservations management software
  • Competency with most MS Office applications
  • Permanent Residency
  • A current police clearance
