This global organisation, within the Northern suburbs is a leader in their industry. This company prides themselves on a friendly but hard working environment.

The opportunity has arisen for two part-time receptionists. This role requires running their front of house operations and assisting with all administration duties.

Working hours are either 8:45am- 1pm or 12:45pm- 5pm.

You will be the first point of contact for the business and provide administrative support. In addition you will be responsible for managing the booking of meeting rooms, distributing mail and various other administration duties.

To be successful in this role you must have experience working for a manufacturing organisation, great organisational skills and a can-do attitude. You must be highly organised and have attention to detail. You will be confident with a vibrant personality and a strong work ethic.
