Part Time Receptionist/ Administration Role
(with a view to full time after 3 months)
Our company is based in Liverpool with depots in Wollongong and Newcastle and competes in the NSW Level 1 3 contestable electricity markets. We are seeking applicants for the role of Part Time Receptionist Administration Support.
Reporting to the Business Support Manager your key duties will include:
- Answering switchboard, taking messages and greeting clients
- Typing of correspondence
- Providing administration support to team
- Other varied and general administration tasks as required
Criteria Required: - Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment
- Previous experience in a Reception/ Administration role
- Be able to multi-task
- Computer knowledge and moderate level of experience with Microsoft Office
- Good attention to detail
- Must have Drivers Licence
