RECEPTIONIST/ ADMINISTRATOR We are a well established and successful wholesale gift company seeking a proactive receptionist/administrator to work with our close knit team at Norwood. The role would expect 20-30 hours per week with flexibility. The position would commence in mid January. Your administration and sales background in a busy environment will be an asset. Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills in Excel Publisher and fast typing speed are a must for this diverse role. Sybiz software experience would also be an advantage. The sales support aspect of the role would back up sales staff in our showroom. If you are a proactive person with a strong customer focus, strong organisational skills, a bubbly personality, well groomed and excellent phone manner, this could be your next long term role.
