A leader in the retail industry has a fantastic temporary job opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist to join their team. As the face of the company, it is important that you are extremely well presented, have excellent communication skills and provide a professional and efficient service.

Your main responsibilities will be to maintain an organised and efficient reception area, answer and direct all telephone calls efficiently with an excellent telephone manner. You will also need to assist with general adminstration.

To succeed in this position you should be highly organised and have the ability to manage multiple tasks. Previous experience working on reception is essential so that you are able to hit the ground running in a new environment. You will also need strong Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills along with advanced skills in operating a switchboard.
