Receptionist/Administrative Assistant recruitment
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform receptionist duties, including meeting and greeting visitors.
- Making travel arrangements as well as travel/expense filings
- Maintain office supplies equipment
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Office Manager
Requirements:
- Possess GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma Certificate with 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good command of English
- PC literate in all Microsoft Office programs
- Able to communicate well with all levels and work with different nationalities
- Pleasant, energetic and cheerful disposition
