Our client in Dublin 15 is recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator for a 6 month contract. Immediate start. Salary €22K pro rata.
Duties:
* Dealing with incoming calls
* Meeting and greeting
* Accounts administration
* Sorting post
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is essential
* Excellent telephone manner required
* Background in manufacturing type environment is a distinct advantage
