We are an IT company looking for a
Receptionist/Office Manager
for our Hobart office. This role requires
someone with outstanding organisational and
communication skills and a friendly manner
Duties include:
- Front-of-house tasks including answering
calls, welcoming guests and all general
office duties - Booking and managing travel
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Banking and running errands
- Managing office supplies
- Communicating with clients, debtors, credi-
tors and staff - Timesheet reporting
