Reconciliation/ Investigation Officer
As Reconciliations Investigation Officer you will be the specialist for Rates and Credit Derivatives and ensuring smooth control and synchronisation for the front and back office systems. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Front to Back office reconciliations and managing weekly and daily cash flows.
-Cash reconciliations against Vostro system.
-Reconciliation of Swap Traders FX and Money Market positions.
-Investigation of Nostro cash breaks.
-Internal deal to deal reconciliations.
-Point of contact for Front Office relationships and resolving all discrepancies.
-Building strong working relationships with internal teams and external counter-parties.
To qualify for the role you MUST have:
-Degree educated or equivalent.
-In-depth OTC Rates and Credit Derivatives knowledge.
-Solid experience and practical knowledge of using the following systems: Intellimatch/ Itraccs, Vostro, Infinity, RATS, GUI.
-Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, look-ups etc).
-Solid understanding of Reconciliation procedures.
-Strong ability to adapt and work under pressure meeting strict deadlines.
-Quick learner and be able to learn technical and business information effectively.
-Strong team-player with great organisation skills.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
