Senior Manager
Our client a multinational banking organization, is seeking a REG W specialist to join it's group function. The organization is very flexible on location of the position and can locate the successful applicant anywhere in the US. Whilst the role will sit within an Audit team the individual will be required to act as a subject matter expert on REG W and does not necessarily need experience in audit. Responsibilities of the role include:
- Provides REG W expertise, advice and counsel based on advanced business and/or audit experience to a complex business and/or across several business groups.
- Provides leadership for projects and team activities and coaches, trains team in execution of audits.
- Helps business partners balance their business strategy with appropriate risk management controls.
- Identifies control trends in assigned business areas as well as impact the business and to the Bank overall by applying deep and broad business acumen.
- Contributes to the development, implementation and communication of Audit's missions, goals and strategies.
- Interacts with regulatory agencies, external consultants and other internal risk management groups.
