Reconciliations - Team Supervisor

A leading City finance House are recruiting for a Team Leader within their Reconciliations division
The team is responsible for the resolution of issues arising from reconciliations to support the maintenance and validation of investment records
The records are also used in the production of periodic client reporting, compliance filing and the team also focuses on key operational controls, break theme analysis and future prevention.
The candidate will need to supervise the Reconciliations Team and manage the accuracy and continuity of data
Proactively identify process improvements, and manage and direct the resolution of day to day operational issues
Oversee account transitions to ensure accurate reconciliation data is maintained

Essential Skills

• Asset Management background
• Understanding of operational risk and controls
• An interest in pursuing a career within the Investment Management / Financial Services Industry
• Previous experience in production and review of KPIs preferred
• PC skills including MS Excel and MS Word
