Recruiter (1 year contract with Kelly Services) recruitment
The main role of the Recruiter is to deliver and fulfil the recruitment needs of Technology functions for Citi Singapore. A key component of this role is to design innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates. The Recruiter is responsible for building good relationships within the hiring manager community, to identify opportunities for hiring and provide guidance to ensure a best practice approach to resourcing is adopted. This is a key role that requires a responsive, strategic and client-facing individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with the hiring manager to complete a detailed job specification/description.
- Develop the sourcing strategy for each role recruited and agreeing the strategy (including web-based and direct sourcing) with hiring manager.
- Take responsibility where required for the design of end-to-end resourcing plans which meet requirements for single roles and also volume hiring.
- Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet business requirements.
- Ensure all requisitions are fully specified and tracked through authorized sourcing channels and processes.
- Maintain recruitment system (Taleo) and data integrity accurately.
- Facilitate interviews and selection process, utilising appropriate templates, including determining most appropriate interview questions to measure candidates skills as required.
- Where necessary, measure the performance of preferred suppliers and reducing dependency through innovative and creative direct delivery methods.
- Produce timely and accurate activity and management information reporting.
- Identify areas of process improvement, service enhancement, related strategic projects and opportunities to increase the scope of the recruitment services.
Qualifications
- Tertiary education with minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the banking industry and OT environments or coming from a recruitment agency background.
- Highly competent in conducting interviews and candidate assessment.
- Experience in developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements.
- Experience working in a demanding, high volume and past paced environment.
- Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases; i.e. Taleo, Peoplesoft.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, resourceful with good problem solving skills and able to manage stakeholders at all levels
- Meticulous, detailed oriented, organized and a fast learner.
- Strong team player with good relationship management skills and problem-solving skills.
