Experience:

- At least two years recruitment experience within Financial Services from agency, headhunter, onsite or inhouse background

Job Description

Manage accountability for the end to end recruitment lifecycle for specialist and high volume recruitment within own area

Effectively establish and drive key client stakeholder relationships in order to build credibility and trust

Actively drive the recruitment supply chain to ensure optimal partnering and results to include supplier management

Generate candidates directly using innovative sourcing methods in tandem with partnering with Lead Recruiters to ensure the success of this critical area

Ensure best practise is maintained throughout all processes and procedures

Ensure compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process

Work closely with the overall team to ensure high level of delivery

Management of stats and MI Data

Maintain knowledge of Employment Law Legislation

Ensure personal objectives are strived for and achieved

Maintain relevant systems to ensure accuracy of information at all times

Get involved in adhoc recruitment projects

Some travel is required across London Offices
