We are searching for an energetic and customer-focused Recruiter to augment our staffing team at our Lancaster, PA headquarters over the next 4 months. Armstrong is rapidly expanding operations globally and our dedicated staffing team needs your help sourcing and hiring talented engineers, project managers and plant operations staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with staffing specialists to identify execute effective sourcing plans
- Leveraging internet technology to build networks and data mine passive candidates
- Screening and qualifying candidates against skills position competencies
- Consulting with managers on assessment of candidates
- Managing the interview, selection and offer processes within appropriate timelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in a corporate or agency recruiting environment
- Experience recruiting engineers, project managers and/or plant management positions
- In-depth knowledge of effective Internet recruiting methodologies and applicant tracking systems
- High sense of urgency, customer focus and ability to manage the details
