Recruiting Administrator / Assistant

CIBER, Inc. is currently seeking a recruiting administrator in our Southfield office. The assistant will source, screen, edit resumes, submit, and schedule interviews for candidates. Will also assist in HR functions, including new hire paperwork, benefits enrollment, and reference checks. Assistant will also perform other office administrative duties as assigned. All CIBER recruiting activity will follow CIBER's documented ISO policies and procedures. Developing, growing and improving the quality of the consultant resource pipeline is key to the success of this position. Highlights of these duties include: Create and monitor postings Enter and update candidate information in the candidate tracking tool Review resumes against open demand Demand opportunity order entry, reporting and management Facilitate consultant sourcing Pre-screen candidates Schedule technical interviews and online technical examinations as required Format CIBER resumes Create offer packets, including all employment screening checks: security, criminal history, credit, drug Facilitate candidate travel and relocation Qualifications: 3+ years recruiting experience/knowledge preferably in the IT space Willingness to work collaboratively with other recruiting staff Ability to work in a fast paced environment-ability to multi task Must have solid experience working with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, (Visio a plus) Strong computer/internet skills Advanced phone skills Well organized Commitment to professionalism and strong business ethics Experience with varied candidate sourcing techniques (i.e., cold call, internet recruiting, etc.) Superior verbal and written communication, resume writing skills and excellent presentation skills Bachelor's Degree desired CIBER, Inc.
