Recruiting Coordinator- Financial Industry
The largest independent regulator of securities firms in the United States is looking for a dynamic recruiting coordinator to support three recruiters in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of coordination experience, ability to handle multiple projects at once, and experience working as a recruiting coordinator or within HR within a large corporate environment.
Duties include:
--Schedule and set up interviews for various offices and send confirmations to candidates using Outlook. This includes coordination with security, conference room reservations, arranging video conferences and arranging candidate travel.
--Greet candidates for interviews and escort them to the hiring manager
--Administer ProWrite tests to candidates ensure completion and forward results to managers.
--Post and update job postings weekly to external, niche job boards, social networking sites, and other job boards
--Process candidate expense reimbursements and ensure payment.
--Order refreshments for internal and external events and manage food vendors.
--Research posting process fees or external event dates upon request
--Assist with special projects, as needed
Working hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Qualifications:
--Bachelor's Degree
--Four years of administrative experience, recruiting coordination experience a plus
--A high level of professionalism to speak with senior level executives
--Attention to detail
--A strong command of the English language with excellent writing skills
--This is a contract role with the opportunity to become a permanent employee.
