Recruiting Coordinator- Financial Services
A large financial services firm is seeking a recruiting coordinator to support recruiting activities within their Human Resources department in Rockville, MD. The location is close to the metro and is a great opportunity to join an amazing company. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of administrative experience, ability to handle multiple projects at once, and experience working in a HR department previously.
Duties include:
- Schedule and set up interviews for various offices and send confirmations to candidates using Outlook. This includes coordination with Security, conference room reservations, arranging Video Conferences and arranging candidate travel.
- Greet candidates for interviews and escort them to the Hiring Manager
- Administer ProWrite tests to candidates, ensure completion, and forward results to managers.
- Post and update job postings weekly to external, niche job boards, social networking sites, and other job boards
- Process candidate expense reimbursements and ensure payment.
- Order refreshments for internal and external events and manage food vendors.
- Research posting process fees or external event dates upon request
- Assist with special projects, as needed
Working hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Qualifications:
--Bachelor's Degree
--Four years of administrative experience, HR experience a plus
--A high level of professionalism to speak with senior level executives
--Attention to detail
--A strong command of the English language with excellent writing skills
Salary: $24 to $28 per hour with benefits
This is a contract role with the opportunity to become a permanent employee.
