- Someone with Retail Experience (possibly held an Assistant Manager position or Manager position)
- Someone who can walk/talk/hold a conversation about retail management
- Someone who has had grocery experience
- Someone who understand how to build relationships
- Someone who has development/recruiting (entry level) experience
- Someone who can maintain a positive attitude at all times.

Summary:
Primary responsibility is to support our Recruiting and Development efforts to meet our growth plans. To give all support to sourcing, screening, selecting and placement of candidates. To give all administrative support to Recruiting, Development Placement and to the candidate selection process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Recruiting: (60%) Work closely with the Recruiting Training team to understand requirements for each open position with candidate sourcing and tracking. Identify potential candidates through use of Boolean searches, user groups, candidate/Operator referrals, networking and web sourcing. Call, screen and qualify candidates and assist them through the recruitment process Maintain files, track candidates and maintain spreadsheets for use in recruiting and training Provide reports and analytics on a weekly basis, as needed

Give administrative support for Recruiting Development: (40%) Gather and distribute all necessary documentation for screening and selection. Gather and maintain all necessary documentation for training and development Prepare and distribute cover letter and information packet to top prospects, Administer assessments, and conduct reference checking. Request and maintain Training Level Evaluations, create and maintain files .

Qualifications: Positive, enthusiastic attitude. Skilled relationship builder Common sense in handling sensitive, confidential information. Experience working in a fast paced team environment 3+ years of retail store experience Preferred 2+ years recruiting experience. Willing to travel 20%. Proficient in all MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher) Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Self-starter, able to work independently under pressure of deadlines and the physical and mental endurance to work for extended periods to complete assigned tasks. Outstanding organizational skills.
