Role overview:
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for ensuring the company meets critical talent acquisition objectives within their assigned business areas. The primary responsibility of the Recruiting Manager is to ensure the highest level of talent is introduced into the organization in an efficient, consultative, collaborative way. The ideal candidate will have proven success in the areas of full lifecycle recruiting, particularly passive candidate sourcing and placement within Information Technology, Human Resources, Legal and Finance functional areas.  In addition, this individual will be versed in strategic workforce planning, behavioral interviewing, retention strategy, and employer branding.

Responsibilities include:
• Defines and consults on talent acquisition and recruitment strategies to support aggressive growth
• Thoroughly understands talent market, competitive environment and its impact on all aspects of the business
• Understands company-wide and specific functional area hiring needs, and partners with hiring managers to provide high quality passive and active candidate flow
• Designs, refines, and implements entire recruitment process to assure maximum efficiency and to reflect excellent candidate experience
• Provides leadership and coaching feedback to hiring partners as needed, which may include the resolution of complex issues
• Sources, screens, qualifies, and interviews applicants, serving a central point of contact on majority of openings
• Conducts research, analyzes data, and compiles metrics using recruiting system
• Ensures consistent strategy and compliance objectives across organization
• Functions as key member of the Global Talent Acquisition Team and EMEA HR Team,  ensuring team is providing strategic value to overall organization

Experience and Skills:

• Bachelors/Masters degree preferred
• 7+ years of recruiting experience in high growth scenario, preferably within high tech environments
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a well developed network within the high tech/consumer electronics space
• Advanced standard software skills
• Respected business acumen
• Impeccable ethics and integrity
• Demonstrated maturity, utmost flexibility and sound judgment
• Fluency in Dutch, English and preferably one other European language
