Recruiting Manager, North American Operations Become part of an amazing recruiting team at Amazon and make history. We need a skilled Recruiting Leader who can help bring Amazon to the next level. The challenge, bringing in the best operational talent in the world! In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead a dynamic team of Recruiters who own world-class talent acquisition for Amazon?s Fulfillment organization. Partner with multiple VPs and Directors, Business Leaders, Hiring Managers and Human Resources Managers to set and drive strategy, manage workforce planning, client management and talent acquisition within a client-aligned recruiting team. Lead the delivery of all strategic recruiting and hiring activity for aligned organizations within North American Operation's business. Manage recruiting team members, create and own hiring targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI?s), ensuring that diversity embedded hiring practices are adhered to, and performing some high-level hands-on recruitment. Partner with Recruiting teams from our Global Talent Acquisition Organization to provide consolidated view of organizational staffing.
