Recruiting Solutions Specialist – Rigzone recruitment
We are looking for a Recruiting Solutions Specialist to manage the Rigzone (RZ) job/candidate matching system, including sending new job notification emails to candidates whose skills and experience match our clients’ recruitment needs and training the Customer Service department on best practices for the matching process. The successful person will also administer the premium client recruitment service, First Look. This role will report directly to the Head of Sales and Client Services.
To succeed in this role you will need to have excellent written, oral communication and organisational skills. You also need to have the ability to work as part of a team and be able to multi-task.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Proven track record of account management and/or customer service experience
• Corporate recruitment experience in the oil and gas industry would be a distinct advantage
• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Experience with hiring solutions (Rigzone, LinkedIn, Monster and Career Builder)
• Client-facing experience
Preferred systems experience:
• MS Office products
• Strong CRM knowledge is a plus
