Recruitment Advertising Specialist The Record Searchlight is seeking a Recruitment Advertising Specialist to work with our recruitment advertisers to advertise their open positions both in the jobs classified section of the newspaper and online at Monster.com. Previous experience selling job posts and other Monster.com recruitment advertising products preferred. In addition to offering customer service to our current clients you will be required to research and prospect for new customers, set appointments for customer needs analysis, and create Monster.com proposals to fillful these customers needs. This is mainly an inside sales position that reports to the Acquisitions Manager. Bachelor's degree in related field with 3-5 yrs of sales exp generating leads, cold calling, closing business and managing clients or comparable combination of education and exp. Proficient use of Microsoft Office required. Exp using Salesforce.com preferred.
