Experienced Recruitment Advisor required to work for The Mitchell Farrar Group based from our offices in Stockport, Manchester, North West.

Department Overview

The Mitchell Farrar Group offer a range of financial solutions from Mortgages and Bank Accounts to Debt Management and Financial Compensation Claims. There are currently 4 companies within the Mitchell Farrar Group, employing approximately 300 people. All of the Companies within the group offer unrivalled opportunities for career growth and earning potential.

 

The Role

·         Proven track record of delivering resourcing requirements

·         A thorough understanding of the recruitment cycle and processes

·         Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

·         A hands on proactive approach to driving forward recruitment

·         Qualify all vacancies with the Head of HR and Hiring Managers, agreeing shortlist criteria and interview process

·         Proactive approach to sourcing candidates using a variety of search and selection techniques

·         Devise individual recruitment strategy campaigns agreeing key milestones and timelines

·         Provide objective feedback to candidates and suppliers post interview

·         Manage the offer process for successful candidates
