Recruitment Consultant (06 months contract) recruitment
Key focus for this Recruitment Consultant:
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment for mid-level to senior key retail banking, insurance, risk and audit roles.
- Be the first point of contact and work closely with relevant hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, keeping them updated in a timely manner on all their hiring requirements.
- Source, phone screen, interview and shortlist candidates making recommendations to hiring managers and providing professional and timely feedback to candidates.
- Monitor current and forecast recruitment needs and keep relevant hiring managers updated on recruitment trends and market developments.
Key requirements
Successful candidates will have
- At least 3-6+ years’ recruitment experience managing end-to-end recruitment
- Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with hiring managers.
- Excellent communication skills in dealing with clients, candidates and team members
- Candidates with prior experience from a large corporate or financial institution are preferred.
- Agency recruitment consultants with solid end-to-end recruitment experience in banking, finance or dealing with high volumes of vacancies are also encouraged to apply
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
