Recruitment Consultant

Protocol Education Leicester is the company’s newest branch and we are growing, this means we are now looking to expand our team to continue the success of the branch.

We are looking for an education recruitment consultant to develop new business across the education market in Leicester and Leicestershire.

Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.

This opportunity requires a candidate who is able to identify, develop and manage excellent client and candidate relationships.

We are looking for someone with a passion for education, who is motivated to exceed targets and provide schools and candidates with the best possible service.

The role of a consultant is varied and you will need to be organised, proactive and persistent in your approach. You will be working in a fast paced can-do environment, where the ability to prioritise is essential. Sales activity is integral to the role and involves both telephone and face to face sales.

Consultants are responsible for recruiting, screening and interviewing candidates and ensuring that all safeguarding requirements are met in line with DfE Quality Mark and company standards.

Basic salary will range between £18k to £22k depending on experience plus commission and bonuses.

Benefits include 25 days annual holiday increasing with length of service, reduced working hours over school holiday periods, additional holidays days awarded for performance and the option to join the company pension scheme.

Term time working hours (shifts): 7 am – 4.15 pm and 9.15 am – 6.30 pm. During school holidays working hours are 9 am – 4 pm.

A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential.
