US Economic Capital Actuarial Lead (FSA) recruitment
It is imperitave that the Economic Capital Leader have a sound PC Actuarial background and the ability to communicate and interpret complex results for a broad client base.
Our client is seeking to fill a leading role in the economic capital advisory team. The individual will prefereably have worked in a consultancy but industry experience will not be discounted. It is imperitave that the Economic Capital Advisor have a sound PC Actuarial background and the ability to communicate and interpret complex results for a broad client base.
In breif the responsibilities will include;
• Responsible for review and challenge of GI business unit economic capital submissions
• Ensure consistent application of risk modelling techniques.
• Lead in the provision of accurate and timely management information on economic capital (with a PC focus)
• Support the development of economic capital methodologies
• Develop relationships within advisory peer group and with regional economic capital teams, and support their implementation of economic capital modeling methodologies
• Monitor external developments in risk modelling and management
