Recruitment Consultant – Accounting and Finance recruitment
Responsibilities:
Marketing /Business Development
• Receive own client list – to market to and develop;
• Do client targeted marketing – emails, phones, meetings;
• Regularly go on client visits with the Division Manager – listen, learn and start participating;
Execution
Work on recruitment assignments across industries and job functions, as required by Division Manager
Take job orders from clients independently;
Work on job orders - from start to finish:
a.Candidate searches
b.Advertising (on published media and/or online)
c.Candidate resume screening and interviews;
Client communication - on short-listed candidates, candidate skills, interview arrangements, follow up;
Ditto communicate with candidates;
Manage expectations of both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Advise clients on market situation, as relevant – salaries, competitors, skills availability
Requirements:
• Degree Holder
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in recruiting accounting finance professionals either in-house or with a recruitment agency
• Excellent communication skills with experience in cold-calling. Must be fluent in English and Cantonese.
• “Out-of-the-box” approach and a “can-do” attitude to recruiting
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and a confident negotiator
