As part of a planned expansion plan, we are seeking to attract experienced recruiters to join our Banking team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful, respected and professional team.
We don’t believe in micro-managing our consultants and nor are we KPI driven.
We do believe in creating a professional, friendly and driven environment where you will have all the resources necessary to be a success in your field.

We are keen to talk to experienced City recruiters, especially those with experience in and knowledge of the credit/risk and debt markets.
We also be happy to hear from less experienced recruiters wishing to develop a Banking focused recruitment career.
You will, ideally, be an ambitious self starter with experience of managing the full recruitment cycle and have the ability to develop and maintain both existing and new client relationships.
