We have a large number of recruitment projects in Compliance, particularly in Financial Services.
As a Search Consultant you will work closely with the Business Director in-charge to help find new roles for people in the marketplace. There is no need to develop new business, but there is the opportunity to interact with accounts. The role will be based in Hong Kong.
The position will give you the opportunity to grow your career in recruitment. It has the potential to develop and progress you into a full consulting career within the Banking and Finance sector.
- Provide support to team Director as well as work with other experienced consultants to formulate strategies and identify potential candidates
- Market Intelligence / Name gathering
- Headhunting market talent securing CV, screening candidates
- Interviewing candidates
- Create long-list / shortlist from name gathering input into database system
- CV formatting, mandate and progression reports
- Prepare debrief candidate/client before and after interview
- Help closing of offers
- Reference checking
- Manage correspondence (written and spoken at times)
Requirements:
- Experience preferred, not entirely necessary
- Confident and presentable
- Not afraid of picking up the phone and talking to people
- Hungry to succeed
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Pleasant and friendly manner
- Highly proactive service-oriented mindset
- Computing proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
