Timothy James Consulting is a multi-award winning, senior appointments specialist, focused on providing a quality senior appointments recruitment service within Change Management, Project Management, ICT, Marketing, E-Commerce, Human Resources, Procurement and Finance.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented, elitist and driven Recruitment Consultant to work within the permanent sector in our Software Technology division. This role is based from our prestigious London offices.
We are looking for consultants with strong, business development skills - Experience within the Software Technology market is desirable but not essential.

What we are looking for:
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate solid permanent recruitment/sales experience
Proving track record of recent billing
New business generation and the ability to build and sustain strong client relationships
Proven ability to develop and deliver a strong sales strategy
Positive, enthusiastic personality with a passionate desire to hit and succeed challenging targets
Track record of successfully training and developing consultants to improve their skills and achieve their promotional prospects
