An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented, elitist and driven Recruitment Manager/Divisional Lead to work within the permanent sector leading our ICT (Software Development) Division based at our London office.

We are looking for managers with strong, true business relationships within the Software Development arena coupled with the qualities required to build and drive a revenue generating team.

What we are looking for:

To be considered for this opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate significant experience as a team manager
Proving track record of recent billing
Software Technology market experience
New business generation and the ability to build and sustain strong client relationships
Proven ability to develop and deliver a strong sales strategy
Positive, enthusiastic personality with a passionate desire to hit and succeed challenging targets
Track record of successfully training and developing consultants to improve their skills and achieve their promotional prospects
