Job Purpose: Accountability for the overall smooth running of the contract and developing a strong relationship with key contacts.
To achieve agreed GP targets through developing business with active, inactive and prospect accounts and managing the recruitment and selection of temporary candidates to ensure effective order fulfilment.

* Administration deadlines met including the submission of weekly/monthly reports.
* Matching suitable candidates to temporary assignments to ensure prompt order fulfilment
* Interviewing candidates within corporate guidelines to establish strengths, skills and requirements
* Testing candidates' skills and cross training if required
* Communicating all requirements of the temporary assignment to the candidate, selling the role to the temporary, and the temporary to the client
* Cold calling prospect clients in order to gain business and following up warm leads from application forms, references etc.
* Carrying out planned and unplanned sales visits with prospects and existing clients to establish needs and introduce solutions.
* Ensuring that field staff payroll is run efficiently, ensuring the minimum number of errors
* Ensuring that all files are kept up to date and stored as appropriate.
* Introducing and issuing the Field Staff Handbook and contract and explaining employment status and benefits to candidates
* Other adhoc duties and project work as required

Candidates should be sales driven and able to work to targets
Recruitment experience an advantage
Proven Sales experience required
