Required Skills
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Outlook and Word
• Must show ability to converse at all levels from board down
• Solid understanding of the recruitment industry
• Experience of building business contacts and networks
• Excellent understanding of sales techniques and telephone based lead generation
• Must show a professional presence at all times
• Excellent telephone manner
Desired Skills:
• Previous experience of working within the recruitment industry is desired but not essential
• Tender and bid knowledge an advantage
Overview
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make use of the modern technology available within Polar Recruitment to undertake recruitment consultancy. You will be provided with a company laptop, mobile phone, messaging system for automated SMS, fully functional and email integrated CRM system for client and candidate management, remote access when required, and the use of fully branded marketing items and information. The successfully candidate will find themselves at ease with undertaking client initiation and lead generation, following a proposed life cycle or empowered to implement your own style / strategy provided it meets Polar's high standards.
Your primary function will be work off your own initiative however business opportunities will be provided and it will be your role to input these details onto the company database should they not already be listed, make initial contact, and follow a process that will result in the opportunity for you to meet with the clients on a professional basis to discuss the provision of our services, of which you would be responsible for the provision.
The role offers a desirable package with excellent uncapped commission and is based in a modern and friendly office environment.
