Recruitment Consultant – Niche Financial Services Consultancy recruitment
SH is a specialist Resourcing and Consultancy firm in the financial services sector. There are two parts to our business:
SH - Resourcing in the Third Space provides strategic resources and permanent hires for banks, consultancy firms and software vendors.
SH - Consulting in the Third Space provides consultancy services and Subject Matter Expertise for major change programmes and transformation initiatives for banks and financial institutions.
Due to our success and growth strategy, we are seeking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be involved in the complete recruitment lifecycle. This will include working closely with our clients to understand requirements, research and resource appropriate candidates, arranging interviews, managing and closing the offer stage through to successful hire.
You will have excellent presentation and communication skills as well as good academic qualifications. Passion and enthusiasm to work with a people-oriented business are key. Experience of the financial services sector would be useful while experience in recruiting is desirable, particularly in the financial services technology and change management space. You may have prior recruitment experience or be a recent graduate keen to develop your career in this field.
