Recruitment Consultant/ Recruiter recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for candidate management e.g. identify and source candidates according to clients’ requirements, conduct interviews with candidates
- Assist in the preparation of recruitment projects and follow up when necessary
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients, candidates and colleagues
- Provide professional consultation on employment market and practices to employers and candidates
- Manage and update clients and candidates database
- Responsible for conducting interviews, collecting information and arranging interview logistics
- Business development through social networking
- Responsible for executing assignments and administrative duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder (in any discipline) with excellent educational qualifications
- Strong interest in meeting, talking to and managing people from different backgrounds
- Ability to utilize different social media to generate business as well as attract candidates
- Strong social networking skill, prior experience in public relationship, client relationship management
- Self-disciplined, detail minded, hard working, take initiative, pro-active, willing and able to work independently when given autonomy
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must. Proficiency in other European languages will be a strong plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong interest in IT/ Prior exposure to IT industry
- Knowledge or experience in banking industry is a plus
- Less experienced candidate would also be considered
