Recruitment Consultant & Trainee Consultant recruitment
As part of our expansion plan we are now looking to add two individuals to our existing team of experienced consultants to further cement our position as a leading recruiter within the Asset Management space.
Recruitment Consultant
• Ideally you will have gained a minimum of 3 years experience of recruiting within the Asset Management arena working across distribution, investment or operations disciplines or alternatively have supported Hedge Fund or Wealth Management arena’s
• Have a demonstrable track record of consistent billings
• Possess a strong track record of developing/nurturing long standing relationships resulting outstanding client retention
• Be comfortable working in a team orientated environment
• Have exposure to the full recruitment life cycle with strong market awareness
• Be self motivated, we do not micro manage and are not driven by KPI’s so are looking for driven individuals that are comfortable working in an entrepreneurial way
Trainee Consultant/Resourcer
• We are also looking to hire a trainee consultant/resourcer to complement the existing team of experienced consultants
• Ideally you will have a gained a minimum of 12 months sales experience within a financial related organisation or have worked within a sales support/CRM capacity for an Asset Manager or Hedge Fund.
• Possess excellent communication and client facing skills
• Be motivated, driven and hard working in order that you can succeed within our entrepreneurial environment
• We will provide the infrastructure and market expertise to ensure that you are trained properly in order to develop your skill set and be a success within your role.
