Every SThree trainee we recruit will receive all the training they need to become the company's next top biller. Your first few weeks will be focused on getting to know the business, our systems and the SThree way of doing things. You will also attend classroom based courses and have access to e-learning modules. Although you'll receive a training plan on your first day, it's flexible. We appreciate that every trainee has an individual learning style.
For a trainee, no two days are the same. Organisational skills and the ability to multi-task are fundamental. On any given day you could be juggling canvassing for new business, managing the interview process, then sourcing candidates for live vacancies. This means your diary will need to be structured - but also flexible enough to prioritise and adapt at a moment's notice.

In order to be considered for a Recruitment Consultant role with SThree you will have the competitive nature to beat your colleagues and external agencies, you will possess the persuasion skills to negotiate the best possible outcome for your clients and candidates, and you will have the communication skills to deal with people across all levels.
Ideally having a 2:1 degree or above, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of success in a sales environment.
