Recruitment Consultants – Compliance, Risk, Audit recruitment

Compliance Professionals was established in 2003 and has become one of the UK’s leading permanent and temporary compliance recruitment specialists. We are City based and have an enviable client list including Tier 1 banks, international asset managers and smaller niche firms. We have an established Compliance, Risk, Audit Legal desks with specialist consultants focussing on defined areas of the financial services/Private Practise markets. We operate from Analyst to MD level.

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be working on both permanent and temporary vacancies and will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment cycle.

You will have a minimum of 2 years financial services recruitment experience and a proven track record of business development and billing within your market. We will consider candidates with a industry background who are considering moving into the recruitment sector.

We will provide you with ongoing training, support, market leading commission structure and the opportunity for progression.
