Your challenge:
- Acquisition and development of key client relationships
- Potential specialisation in a specific sector such as Asset Management, Trading Brokerage, (Re)Insurance
- Gathering clients' requirements delivering appropriate recruitment solutions
- Maintaining the Swisslinx brand of team work, drive, motivation, quality ethics

Your skills:
In addition to the business acumen, initiative and solid portion of good humor we find in our colleagues, the ideal candidate for this role will also bring the following:
- Strong experience in Sales and/or Account Management within the Recruitment industry preferably, Financial Services or Enterprise Technology
- An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a persuasive personality
- Focus on quality ethics in service delivery
- Fluency in English as well as German or French
- Tertiary level education preferred
