We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Recruiters to join our expanding business, specifically across our Commerce (Finance, Supply Chain/Procurement, and Sales Marketing), and Financial Services Back Office/Infrastructure divisions.
Working as part of an established team you will be responsible for undertaking executive search and selection assignments across a myriad of blue chip clients, at the mid level.
You will have at least 1-2 years work experience within recruitment, and relish operating in a market that is continually changing and developing. You will have strong negotiating, planning and influencing skills, a clear business vision and a sustained capacity for hard work.
You will have a passion for a target driven environment, with a willingness to succeed. You will need self motivation, resilience and an ability to work at a fast pace within a very competitive industry. You must be able to demonstrate first class communication skills combined with a professional approach.
