Due to unprecedented growth since its inception in 2003, Timothy James Consulting have opportunities for Team Leaders/Managers to join their London Office.

You will have a strong desire for success coupled with a thirst for winning - a competitive attitude is a must.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate significant experience as a team leader or manager in recruitment.

In addition, you will have the following experience:

Proven track record of recent billing
Recruitment experience in Financial Services, ICT, Retail or HR Finance
New business generation and the ability to build and sustain strong client relationships
Proven ability to develop and deliver a strong sales strategy
Positive, enthusiastic personality with a passionate desire to hit and succeed challenging targets
Track record of successfully training and developing consultants to improve their skills and achieve their promotional prospects
