Recruitment Manager / Consultant recruitment
Conners Recruitment, a professional staffing and search company undertaking staffing and selection assignments for corporate clients. To cope with business expansion, we are seeking outstanding individuals, with several years work experience within banking finance sector or HR recruitment field, who would relish operating in a market that is continually changing and developing.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate employers' recruitment needs and meeting clients' expectations
- Business Development; acquire and develop new sources of business client
- Work closely with HR, hiring managers at various levels to gain a thorough understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements and delivering against their expectations
- Responsible for the full cycle of the search and recruitment activities including job study, search selected potential candidates, arrange interview and closed case.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder
- 3 years above of experience in Banking / Finance / HR / recruitment sectors
- Proactive, committed, positive attitude, self-motivated
- Result-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Vibrant and pleasant personality
- Enjoy interacting with senior levels of people and working in fast pace environment
