Job Description
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join one of our established onsite recruitment teams with a leading global financial institution, to be based in Singapore. As an integrated part of our clients’ HR function, this Recruitment Manager will be responsible to drive the entire recruitment process and lead a team of dynamic recruiters and coordinators to deliver a top notch recruitment solution, with a focus on the consumer banking and private banking segment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establish and build good relationships with key stakeholders; be able to network effectively and keep hiring managers abreast on current trends to recruitment and market developments
- Manage a high volume of open vacancies and allocate workload to the team
- Provide advice and guidance to coach and motivate team members and create avenues for team members to engage, seek and learn from one another
- Professionally drive the recruitment process from end-to-end with relevant hiring managers and to be the first point of contact for their hiring needs
- Develop strategies to effectively source, attract, recruit and select high quality candidates for a variety of positions
- Source, interview and shortlist candidates making recommendations to hiring managers and providing professional and timely feedback to candidates.
Key Requirements
Successful candidates will have:
- Minimum 5+ years’ recruitment experience managing the end to end recruitment process
- Good knowledge of the consumer and private banking market place, competitors and best practices
- Proven track-record in managing staff and team dynamics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build effective relationship
- Proactive, resilient, result-orientated and influential
- Ability to direct source candidates
- Candidates with prior experience with large corporates or financial institutions are preferred.
Agency recruitment consultants with solid end-to-end recruitment experience in banking, finance and managing a team are also encouraged to apply
