On the role:
To support the further expansion of our activities into Asia, we are seeking talented recruitment professionals to join our newly established Singapore based subsidiary. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Sales Professional to build up a presence and form a team of Financial Recruitment Consultants Researchers in line with our vision of establishing a fully operational office. More specifically, we are interested in people with managerial experience who have a strong focus on business development. Building upon the Company’s strengths, contacts, and established structure in Switzerland and Dubai, this opportunity has considerable expansion and growth potential.
On your challenge:
In assuming this key role within our firm, you will contribute to the company’s successful expansion in the Asian market achieved this through:
- Active business development via local connections and existing network
- Identification of business opportunities and positioning of Swisslinx as a key supplier of recruitment services to new clients in Singapore
- Supervision of the full recruitment lifecycle, processes, and quality
- Pitching for search mandates and managing the successful completion of searches
On your skills and experience:
In addition to the blueprint professional attitude, strong ethics and solid portion of humor we find in our colleagues, we expect the successful candidate for this role to bring the following:
- 3 – 10 years solid track record in sales with a minimum of 1 year sales management experience
- Financial Recruitment experience across different levels of seniority
- Excellent local network of clients candidates
- Sound understanding of the financial services industry in Singapore
- The ability to interact confidently with senior professionals up to MD / board level
- Outstanding communication skills in English. Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is considered a great asset
