Person Specification
On the back of a new win Randstad Sourceright is currently building out an onsite RPO team.
A key role to its success is the Recruitment Partner lead driving the strategy, relationship and team delivery on and offsite. This is an opportunity to join a team at implementation stage; building relationships defining the long term delivery model.
You will be responsible for ensure that clients receive a proactive, excellent service, maximising the potential for business within that client globally. To be a central management representative for the on-site Client Account Manager (CAM) and team and to ensure that the account is being managed in the most efficient way.
Role Specification
Key Responsibilities:
*Development of existing services delivered to client accounts
*Identification, initiation and implementation of new service offerings
*Identification and development of key client relationships
*Management of account performance to ensure KPI's and SLA's are exceeded
*Direct Management of onsite Client Account Managers who in turn manage the onsite recruitment team
*Attend on site team meetings
*Meet with client sponsors on a monthly basis as a minimum
*Ensure optimum staffing levels to service account effectively and profitably
**Guide and mentor CAM to ensure effective management succession planning
*Expand business areas / geographies within clients where possible
*Ensure that we are paid appropriately for all services offered
*Prepare and attend formal quarterly review meetings with client
*Act as point of escalation for all issues that cannot be resolved by CAM
*Conduct bi annual appraisals for CAMs
*Guide CAM in conducting and reviewing staff appraisals to ensure relevant, realistic objectives are set
*Ensure teams effectively utilise all possible methods to direct hire
*Assist with new pitches
*Assist with implementation of new accounts you will oversee as Account Director
*Project work as and when required dependant on client needs
