Recruitment Programme Lead recruitment

Summary:

Working on behalf of one of the region’s leading HR organizations this is a great opportunity to lead on a $multi-million recruitment campaign. The Supplier have been retained and asked to work in true Partnership over the next two years to help their Client recruit, train and develop the very best talent in the region.   

Responsibilities:

The major responsibility of this role will be to manage the expectations of the Client whilst also delivering. Although you will be working on behalf of the Supplier you will be the major point of contact with the Client and you will be expected to provide full and accurate regular reports on Supplier performance. You will also be expected to attract and market the Client organisation to some of the regions leading Universities whilst also undertaking a small amount of direct, executive sourcing. 

The successful candidate will have a small team to back them up whilst also having the full support of the Supplier.

Requirements: It is imperative you have experience in direct sourcing and preferably worked in a management capacity in an ‘on-site’ role. You must have excellent relationship skills, be able to demonstrate a stable career background and ideally you will have experience of working on major recruitment campaigns involving graduate recruitment.  

Remuneration: up to HK$1.5m a year
