Your challenge:
- Market and database research to identify suitable candidates in Singapore and internationally
- Approach, selection and qualification of candidates
- Active involvement in sales tasks
- Developing and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients, when possible face to face
Your skills:
In addition to the business acumen, initiative and solid portion of good humor we find in our colleagues, the ideal candidate for this role will also bring the following:
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and persuasive personality
- Higher education degree
- Active interest in IT or Banking/Financial services
- Outstanding communication skills in English. Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is considered a great asset.
- Professional attitude and strong ethics
- Entrepreneurial, “can-do” attitude
- Initiative and motivation to take responsibility for your work
