We are currently looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to work within our Manchester offices.
Working within a specialist team, you would be assigned your own vertical market to develop and you would be in charge of the full 360 degree recruitment cycle; from generating new business to sourcing the right candidates, to managing the interview process and negotiating rates.
The ideal candidate will currently be working in an outbound, proactive sales environment where you establish and maintain solid business relationships with your clients.
