Person Specification
On the back of a new win Randstad Sourceright are currently building out an onsite RPO team. A key role to the success of delivering this new account will be the recruitment team leader within our operational delivery centre. Working closely with the onsite team you will be accountable for defining strategy and directing the direct sourcing solutions.
You will help to build, manage and develop a team of up to 15 recruiters working across 4 key disciplines for the client across the UK. This is an opportunity to join an account in its infancy; building relationships and best practice from scratch and shaping the success of the account.

Role Specification

Key Responsibilities:
*Proactively engaging with the internal client stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and drivers to ensure appropriate resourcing strategies are aligned and put in place and forecasting is achieved.
*Managing the flow of work across the teams , panning for and reacting to client requirements and changes.
*Knowledge and experience of managing I-GR-asp or similar applicant tracking systems
*Driving the teams recruitment activity for specific client business areas.
*Ensuring the recruitment delivery team is meeting internal and RSR client KPI's and SLA's
*Managing cost and efficiency of the recruitment team and reporting on the team's performance through monthly MI
*Management of team performance, appraisals, development, reward and succession planning
*Demonstrating ongoing to the client our value and best practice expertise
*Actively sourcing and sharing recruitment business knowledge across the off and onsite teams
*First point of contact for onsite team and first escalation point for any daily operational issues
*Ensuring process compliance and driving best practice delivery.
